For those film geeks out there, it may interest you to know the type of equipment being used to shoot Wanted is none other than the indie digital RED camera.

According to the Digital Red Camera website: “The RED cameras are also being used on Timur Bekmambetov’s ‘Wanted‘ staring Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman.”

We all saw the innovative use of digital in the movie Sin City. I wonder what we can expect from this particular camera and Bekmambetov on Wanted??

Feature film will be shooting in Chicago late July/early August for 1 week.
