It is an ad campaign used by the network. It is a funny, catchy way to say that they have programming for “outside of the mainstream” viewer. That they have shows that appeal to those of us that do not watch the normal schlock on the other networks, that’s all it is.
that ad is used in the USA Network, I guess it means that they have better characters and shows.
It is refering to the characters of the television show or movie It’s USA who does it most and they are saying our shows are best so watch them. Every few years they change thier slogan
I think you are referring to USA. Monk, and those guys from that new detective show are in the commercial. Its just telling you that its not the same network TV garbage.

I think its true, someone should ask the bradcasters…… I will go to the USA network page and find out maybe? because now i am MORE confused than before having read all these comments….LOL
